A sequence of physical postures are connected in a creative way linked to the rhythm of the breath. You can expect to stretch and strengthen your body in a class designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits: physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body; mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the mind and the series of postures are designed to help release blockages of energy within the body.
