Jeff has practiced yoga since 1997, though for many years focused on running and adventure racing. He became obsessed with yoga in 2014 after taking a “Hips for Dudes” class at Wanderlust Tahoe and found himself in a Flying Pigeon pose for the first time. He has practiced at least five times a week ever since. Jeff and his wife Jan are active travelers and make a point of visiting yoga studios everywhere they go.
Jeff completed his 200 hour teacher training with Noah Mazé and Rocky Heron in Los Angeles and is presently taking the YogaMazé 300 hour program. He signed up for teacher training to deepen his practice, with no expectation of teaching, but came away inspired and committed to helping others strengthen mind and body through yoga. His challenging, energetic classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance through power yoga, alignment, mindfulness – and fun! Bring your enthusiasm and strong work ethic to the mat and be ready to progress your practice.
