Sara has been teaching yoga locally since 2006. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and went to her first teacher training through Yogafit in 2004. In 2010 Sara completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training certification in Mt. Shasta under Amy Cooper’s Vajra Pani Yoga Training program. Her teaching style includes flow with attention to alignment to allow participants to stay safe and feel challenged yet successful. In her day job, she is a health educator with Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency under Healthy Shasta’s Safe Routes to School Program.
