Allison Loveless

RYT-200

I began practicing and studying yoga in 2008 as a way to increase freedom in my body. Yoga is of course, much more than a physical practice. Each time that we step on our mats we confront our limitations, whether physical or mental, and achieve personal growth as a result.

Allison received her 200 hour teacher training certification in 2018 from Amy Cooper of the Shasta Yoga Institute, and a Masters of Science degree in Zoology for Oklahoma State University. She strives to integrate her knowledge of anatomy in her classes to create a well balanced physical practice that focuses on health and progress. She emphasizes the use of breath to create a space for mindfulness and self-reflection. Her goal is to guide her students to a place of increased physical awareness and an enhanced mind-body connection.
