Jeff has practiced yoga since 1997, though for many years focused more on running. He became obsessed with yoga in 2014 after taking a “Hips for Dudes” class at Wanderlust Tahoe and found himself in a Flying Pigeon pose for the first time. He has practiced at least five times a week ever since. Jeff and his wife Jan are active travelers and visit yoga studios everywhere they go.
Jeff completed both his 200 and 300 hour training with Noah Mazé and Rocky Heron in Los Angeles. He is committed to helping others strengthen their minds and bodies through yoga. His challenging, energetic classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance by emphasizing pose alignment, breath awareness, mindfulness – and fun!
