Essentials Yoga Class

Essentials

Classes geared to our beginner/Level 1 students, but ALL students welcome. An opportunity to build a strong foundation in alignment principles. Classes are taught at a moderate pace.

Balanced Yoga Class

Balanced

Mixed level classes with a nice blend of poses, including flow and beg/intermediate level backbends and inversions. Classes are taught at a medium pace and students are encouraged to practice at their individual level.

Energetic

Mixed level classes that are more physically demanding including more flow practice, strength work, inversions and backbends. Students are encouraged to practice at their individual level.
