An upbeat class with energetic music designed to stretch and strengthen the body, and to cleanse the body of toxins. Every class includes standing postures geared towards balance and strength. Postures are connected with a vinyasa to reset prior to moving on to the next asana. A challenging class where we encourage students to practice each pose according to your level of experience. This is great for those who enjoy watching their physical progress week to week! The room will be heated to 100 degrees with infrared heat. Come to class hydrated, that will be crucial to getting the most out of your practice. After class, be sure to hydrate and replenish the electrolytes you sweat out during class!
