An upbeat class with energetic music designed to stretch and strengthen the body to, stimulate the metabolism and cleanse the body of toxins. A challenging class but all levels of students are welcome, this class allows you to practice each pose according to your level of experience. Every class includes a sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises and is great for those who enjoy watching their physical progress week to week!

Hot Vinyasa

Combine movement and breath for a challenging, mind-body practice. Explore the limits of your strength, flexibility, and balance in an active Vinyasa (flow) class. The practice includes Sun Salutations A & B as well as creative sequencing through standing and balance postures, backbends, seated postures and inversions.

Warm Deep Stretch

This class will move slowly and mindfully through a series of longer held poses designed to release and stretch tight, tense muscles. Held in a warm room to facilitate deeper openings within the body. A grounding practice that is physically therapeutic.

Buti Yoga

Buti is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. We train the core using the Spiral Structure technique created by Founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. Many students say they notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their first class. Whether you are an advanced yogini or a humble beginner, Buti will offer you a soulful journey to empowerment that will make you drip sweat and love every second.

This class combines 30 minutes of high intensity cardio and strength training with 15 minutes of yoga and stretching to balance the body. Kick start your metabolism with this fat burning class first thing in the morning. This class has the optional use of sandbags, weights and/or bands for added strength training.

Hot Core Yoga - LYT Yoga Inspired

This class is helpful for yoga students and athletes alike who want to build strength, endurance and practice moving efficiently. We begin with core work and go between movement and longer held poses. The infrared heat and movement work together to unwind tension and increase your range of motion safely, while building the stability for the joints. This combination lowers risk of injury in general. There is an emphasis on body awareness and mind/body connection.
