Lauren Noël Otten has been practicing and facilitating breathwork, body work, and various wellness practices for 20 years. A certified massage therapist, herbalist, aromatherapist, and student of Ayurveda, she attended National Holistic Institute in 2005, and began facilitating breathwork in Los Angeles in 2006. She continued to offer bodywork, breathwork, and sound healing while living on the island of Puerto Rico for 12 years. She is a California native, originally from Los Angeles. Having attended high school in Shasta County and recently returning to be close to family, she is excited to offer her services and experience to the NorCal community.
